Our executive team has a combined experience of over 60 years in marketing, sales and distribution. Over that time, we’ve worked alongside the industry’s brightest people on some of its biggest names (Snapple, A&W, YooHoo, Dr. Pepper, Diet Rite, Evian, Canfields, to name a few).
Leo J. Novosel Co-Founder President
For over 25 years Leo's beverage experience has covered many aspects of the industry. As a local bottler/distributor he performed duties from merchandiser to eventually the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for both Canfield Beverage Company and Select Beverages in Chicago. Nationally, he started as a Division Manager for A&W Brands and spent ten years as Zone Vice President for the Snapple Beverage Group. His expertise is in building distribution through an extended network of distributors and retailers.
Mark Schafer Co-Founder Vice President
Mark is an owner of Schafer Condon Carter (SCC) an integrated marketing agency which has operated offices in Chicago and Denver for 19 years. SCC brings aboard a strong track record in consumer retail branding sales growth initiatives for beverages in all trade channels.
Patrick C. Murphy Division Sales Director
A veteran in the area of national accounts and major retail chain coverage, Pat started his career on the street selling for the Canfield Beverage Company in Chicago. After a stint with Pillsbury in Minneapolis, it was back into beverages where Patrick has spent the last 10 years working with both bottler / distributors as well as managing national accounts. Prior to coming with West Loop in 2004 Patrick was with Cadbury Schweppes.
Robert Manikowski Division Sales Director
Bob has a long history of superior results in the beverage industry. His vast knowledge of building distribution started at a young age as owner / operator of a route truck. Most recently he was a Division Manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises. Between that time Bob spent 22 years with Cadbury Schweppes in positions ranging form Region Manager to Division V. P. His entire career has evolved around networking with teams of people to build presence and sales for some of the industry's most recognizable trademarks, such as, Coca-Cola, 7-Up, A&W and Snapple.
Deborah A. Partington Executive Assistant
Debbie brings 15 years of beverage experience to West Loop. The depth of her experience enables her to oversee, sales co-ordination, logistics, customer service and field communication.
